It can be very overwhelming to head into therapy.

That sometimes it’s easier to avoid it and stay in the place that is now familiar to you… But the truth is therapy/counselling is for everyone. Much like someone may go to the gym to look after their physical health, therapy can be a great place to go and look after your mental health, even before it feels like you are in desperate need. No matter what you are going through, or what you are struggling with, therapy is a space for you to unpack and explore whatever you wish to.
